Sports Acupuncture
Sports Acupuncture combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern anatomy to address pain and dysfunction.
Every session begins with a thorough assessment using range of motion, palpation, and orthopedic muscle testing to identify the source of pain—not simply where it hurts.
Sports Acupuncture is appropriate for anyone experiencing pain, restricted mobility, postural imbalances, repetitive strain, or tendon and ligament conditions.
When appropriate, treatment may include electroacupuncture (E-stim) to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, promote tissue healing, restore muscle function, and improve movement.
60 Minutes — $120
90 Minutes — $160*
Includes 30 minutes of therapeutic massage.
Energy Work
Energy work offers a quiet space to slow down, restore balance, and support your body’s natural healing process. I am certified in Reiki II and Healing Touch, and each session is individualized based on your needs.
30 Minutes — $65
Available as a standalone session or as an add-on to massage or sports acupuncture.
